On September 26, 1996 she was united in marriage to Roy Allen Scott, who survives.
Frankie worked in housekeeping for the Savannah Botel for one year. She was a member of Peoples Tabernacle Church. Frankie enjoyed spending time and talking with everyone. She especially loved working crossword puzzles and being with her dogs.
Frankie departed this life on Friday, August 13, 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 62 years, 6 months and 5 days.
In addition to her husband of 24 years, Roy of Savannah, Tennessee, she is survived by her children, Lekesha Pickens, Eric Pickens, and Celana Pickens all of Savannah, Tennessee.
Frankie was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister, Joyce Hicks.
