Frankie Marie Davis

Frankie Marie Davison Daviswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on August 23, 1928 the daughter of the late George Washington (Pink) and Anner Davison.On June 29, 1946 she was united in marriage to Warren G. Davis, who preceded her in death on March 14, 1994.Mrs. Davis retired from Brown Shoe Company after 37 years of employment. She had lived in the Savannah area most of her life and was an avid fan of RFD-TV. She enjoyed collecting dolls and visiting with friends and family.Mrs. Davis departed this life on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at the age of 81 years, 7 months, 7 days.Mrs. Davis is survived by 3 sons, Eddie Davis and wife Pat, Ronnie Davis and wife Freeda all of Savannah, Tennessee, Gary Davis and wife Joanna of Waynesboro, Tennessee; grandchildren, Keith Davis, Jana Davis, Jeremy Davis, Jennifer Davis, Madison Davis, Loyal and loving granddaughter Ann Marie Robinson that has taken care of her every need; 8 great grandchildren; a special niece, Dorothy Woody Bryant of Savannah, Tennessee.In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Becky Annette Davis; a son, Danny Fay Davis; 3 sisters, Johnnie Sharp, Raye Bonee, and Grace Woody; 4 brothers, Earl, Jessie, Will, and Jim, Davison; 3 half sisters, Mary Pipes, Elizabeth Dayton, and Harbour Stanfield.
