FRANCES PINSON HILL
was born on June 22, 1917, in Hardin County, Tennessee, to the late Frank and Etta Tanner Pinson.
Mrs. Hill married Turner P. Hill, who preceded her in death in 1975. She lived in Hardin County all of her life and was a member of Graham United Methodist Church in Savannah, Tennessee.
She loved being a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, canning, quilting, vegetable gardening and she loved her family and taking care of them.
Mrs. Hill departed this life on January 7, 2013 at the age of 95 years, 6 months and 16 days.
She is survived by two sons, Jimmy Hill of Savannah, Tennessee, and Joel Hill of Gary, Indiana, and three daughters, Jackie Sutton, and her husband, Tom of Gary, Indiana, Linda Holland of Savannah, Tennessee, and Ruby Martin and her husband Harry of Nashville, Tennessee.
One sister, Bessie Austin and one brother, Joe Pinson, both of Savannah, Tennessee.
Twenty-two grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six children, Larry Hill, Glenn Hill, Billy Hill, Ronnie and Donnie Hill (twins), and Sis Hill, two sisters, Catherine Paulk and Carrie Hughes, and one brother, Sammy Pinson, and four grandchildren, Amanda Hill, Mike Reed, Denise Tolett and Steve Hill.
