Frances was employed with the Outpost as a dishwasher. She was a very out going person, loved life, and was always trying to help others when she could. Her family meant the world to her, especially her grandson.
She is survived by her daughter, Courtney Franks; grandson, Jayson Burcham; and her companion, Donnie Harris, all of Savannah, Tennessee.
