Frances Fielder Michael Porter
was born in Wayne County, Tennessee on January 26, 1948, the daughter of Dewey Clyde and Enda Pearl McFall Fielder. She was united in marriage to Waymon Michael who preceded her in death in 1993. On June 9, 2003, she married Clifton Porter, who survives.
Mrs. Porter attended the New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Counce, Tennessee and worked in child care at Tiger Cub Day Care.
She departed this life on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at the age of 58 years, 1 month and 16 days. Other than her husband, Clifton, she is survived by:
her daugher, Lisa Hall and her son, Ron Fielder, both of Savannah, Tennessee;
her step-daughter, Shannon McFall, also of Savannah;
her step-son, Clifford Porter and his wife, Yvonne, of Pensacola, Florida;
her sister, Margaret Smith of Savannah, Tennessee, and
12 grandchildren, Harold, Levi, Karley, Macey, Aaron, Mikayla, Dustin, Dillion, Dallas, Laura, Mikayla and Karissa.
Other than her husband, Waymon Michael, she was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Enda Fielder and two brothers, James Lee Fielder and Edd Fielder.
