Forest Brooks Hall was born on May 12, 1947 in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of the late John Henry and Maxine E. Nix Hall.
On May 27, 1967, he was united in marriage to Carolyn Parker Hall, who survives.
Forest retired from Memphis Housing Authority as the Senior Project Manager. He loved the Lord and being outside fishing. He had a special relationship with the apple of his eye, his granddaughter, Alli Nacrelli and his daughter, Wendy Nacrelli.
Forest departed this life on January 1, 2023 in Bartlett, Tennessee at the age of 75 years, 7 months, and 20 days.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Parker Hall of Memphis, Tennessee; daughter, Wendy Brooks Nacrelli of Memphis, Tennessee; and granddaughter Allison Nacrelli of Memphis, Tennessee.
In addition to his parents, Forest was preceded in death by his brother, Don Hall.
