Flossie F. Washam

Flossie F. Brooks Washam was born January 27, 1918 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late Neely and Georgie Fowler Brooks. She was united in marriage to Buford Howard Washam on December 29, 1939 . Mr. Washam preceded her in death on January 31, 1998.Mrs. Washam was a housewife and a member of the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school. Mrs. Washam departed this life on May 28, 2007 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 89 Years, 4 Months, 1 Day. She is survived by a sister, Velma Wilson of Adamsville, Tennessee.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Washam was preceded in death by a brother, Cecil Brooks.
