Flora Churchwell

Flora Fisher Churchwell was born August 19, 1908 in Walnut Grove, Tennessee the daughter of the late Steve and Mary Wood Fisher.She was united in marriage to James A. Churchwell Sr. on August 20, 1927. Mr. Churchwell preceded her in death on April 3, 2003.Mrs. Churchwell was a homemaker . She was a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church in Michie, Tennessee. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Churchwell was preceded in death by a son, James A. (Buster) Churchwell Jr.; a great-grandson, Jonathan Churchwell; three brothers, David, Cecil and Ivan Fisher.Mrs. Churchwell passed away peacefully at her home on February 21, 2008 in Michie, Tennessee at the age of 99 Years, 6 Months, 3 Days. She is survived by a daughter, Janice Wood of Michie, TN; three sons, Joel Churchwell of Michie, TN, Tommy Churchwell of Michie, TN, Danny Churchwell of Michie, TN; 7 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
