Faye McCurry

She was born and reared in Burnsville, NC the daughter of the late Floyd and Belle Edwards Franklin. She attended schools at Burnsville. She worked for Glen Raven Textile Company as a young lady and in 1970 was married to Lloyd McCurry who was a construction foreman and they followed the construction business until they settled in Morgantown, NC. Mrs. McCurry worked for Henredon Furniture Company in Morgantown. Mr. McCurry died in 2001. Mrs. McCurry moved to Henderson in 2004 to make her home near her daughter Patricia. She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Henderson.



She is survived by a daughter; Patricia Ledford and husband Robert of Henderson; a grand daughter, Elyssa Ledford and a brother, Hoyt Franklin of Erwin, TN.
