Erwin Sherman Clark

Erwin Sherman Clark was born July 19, 1916 in McNairy County, Tennessee the son of the late O. E. and Bell Jones Clark.He was united in marriage to Jewell Higgins Clark who preceded him in death.Mr. Clark was a retired grocery store and sawmill owner. He was Baptist in belief. Mr. Clark also served in the Army during WWII.He departed this life on December 5, 2005 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 89 Years, 4 Months, 16 Days.Mr. Clark is survived by his daughters, Martha Greene and Joyce Gibbs of both of Adamsville, Tennessee; three sisters, Tommie Hines and Georgene Prather both of Selmer, Tennessee and Verbaline Lingle of Festus, Missouri; one brother, Raymond Clark of Lake City, Arkansas; six granchildren, Dennis Greene, Steven Greene, Denise Przybyl, Brenda Moore, Stephanie Gibbs, Daniel Gibbs and six great grandchildren, Tiffany Greene, Tara Przybyl, Torie Przybyl, Rachael Greene, Kyle Moore and River Moore.
