Ernestine Estill

Ernestine Rowsey Estill was born June 16, 1914 in McNairy County, Tennessee the daughter of the late George Washington and Mary Bell Phillips Rowsey.She was united in marriage to Hubert Estill, who preceded her in death on December 31, 2001.Mrs. Estill was retired from retail sales, and was a member of the Strickland Church of Christ in Corinth, Mississippi. She and Mr. Estill were married for 72 years prior to his death. One of her greatest joys in life was cooking for her family, who she loved very much. Mrs. Estill departed this life on May 2, 2006 in Iuka, Mississippi at the age of 91 Years, 10 Months, 16 Days.She is survived by a daughter, Nelda Killingsworth of Tupelo Mississippi; two sons Wayne Estill of Corinth Mississippi and Rabon Estill of Goodlettsville Tennessee; eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Estill was preceded in death by a daughter, Ripple Gregory; a son Billy Frank Estill; a granddaughter, 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
