She was born at Red Bay, AL and raised in Chester County, the Sweetlips Community, the son of the late Dubert Rosco and Dolly Mae Flemming Robison. She attended Chester County Schools. She was married to Warren G. Pickett. She worked at the Milan Arsenal for several years, International Paper, Salant and Salant Mfg. and Chester County Nursing Home. She then moved to Arkansas, where she worked at a Nursing Home. She later worked for Methodist Central in downtown Memphis until she retired. She returned to Chester County and had made her home at Heritage Towers the past four years. She was a Baptist.She was survived by two sons, Jerry Pickett and wife Eileen of Channelview, TX and Jimmy Pickett of Pinson; three daughters, Nancy Pickett Thomas Lees of Centreville, AL, Margaret Thompson Pickett of Warren, AR and Annette Berryhill Pickett of Henderson; two sisters, Dorothy Shelton of Peoria, IL and Ann Faulkenberry of Montgomery, AL; twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Pickett (1968); a daughter, Sharon Burch (2004) and three sisters, Johnnie Barrett, Exie Farrow and Lavelle Parmly.
