Emma Jean Lancaster

Mrs. Emma Jean McClure Lancaster departed this life on Monday, April 30, 2018 at Waynesboro Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waynesboro, Tennessee at the age of 77 Years, 9 Months, 19 Days. She was born July 11, 1940 in Florence, Al the daughter of the late Alvin and Nell Palmer McClure.

Mrs. Lancaster was a retired seamstress and a member of the Hydes Chapel Church of Christ.

She is survived by sons, Anthony Lancaster, Cypress Inn, TN., and Tony Lancaster, Leoma, TN., grandchildren, Nicole Lancaster and Emma Raye Lancaster, brother, David McClure, Murfreesboro, TN., sisters, Josehpine Wright, Cloverdale, AL., and Lorene Moody, Florence, AL.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lancaster was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Lancaster, daughter, Wanda Carol Wright, sister, Nadine Burgess.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Home in Collinwood, Tennessee, with Tim Hanback officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Shackelford Funeral Directors in Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.

Visitation will be on Thursday,May 3, 1:00 pm until service time @ Shackelford Funeral Home, Collinwood, TN.
