She was a Accountant for Union Planters Bank and a member of the New Hope Methodist Church in Michie, Tennessee.
Mrs. Benton departed this life on June, 8 2005 in Lepanto, Arkansas at the age of 78 Years, 3 Months, 4 Days.
Other than her husband Raymond Benton of Marion, Arkansas, Mrs. Benton is survived by two daughters, Shelia Williams of Marion and Debbra Marlett of Allegany, New York.
A son, Buster Benton of Marion.
Two sisters, Linda Poindexter of Bethel Springs and Peggy Stanfield of Ramer.
Care giver, Josie Long of Lepanto, Arkansas.
Other than her parents, Mrs. Benton was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ray and two brothers, J. B. Moore and Jr. Moore.
