Elzie Noel West

He was born in Leatherwood, MO, the son of the late Leroy and Anna Dixby Young West. He attended school in Arcadia, MO and in 1937 was married to Susie Katherine Bowling. They made their home in Missouri and Illinois and moved to Henderson in 1961. Mr. West worked at Quality Mfg. Company as a machinist retiring in 1982. Mrs. West died in 1995. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church.



He is survived by two sons Ken West and wife Ellen of Henderson and Hal West and wife Teri of Jackson and a daughter Judy West of Henderson; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and a sister Thora LaPlant of Farmington, MO.
