ELSIE MAE WILLCUTT



was born in Fayette County, Alabama on June 7, 1935 the daughter of the late Henry Roy and Onie Bell Woodruff Collins.



On November 16, 1954 she was united in marriage to James Bea Willcutt, who preceded his wife in death on December 15, 2000.



Mrs. Willcutt was a homemaker. She was a member of New Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. She lived in Michie, Tennessee for 30 years and also had lived in Obion County, Tennessee for 18 years. Mrs. Willcutt enjoyed gardening, animals and loved gospel music. She loved all her children and grandchildren.



Mrs. Willcutt departed this life on June 11, 2010 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 75 years and 4 days.



She is survived by 2 daughters, Dorothy Thacker of Michie, Tennessee and Katherine Harris of Counce, Tennessee



5 stepdaughters, Ruby Cranford of Hornsby, Tennessee, Melinda Cranford of Ridgely, Tennessee, Brenda Sue Simkins of Bradenton, Florida, Mattie Maness of Lakeland, Florida and Wanda Kay Johnson of Athens, Alabama



4 sons, Tommy Willcutt, Donny Willcutt and Jerry Willcutt, all of Michie, Tennessee and Leon Willcutt of Adamsville, Tennessee



one stepson, Robert Willcutt of Counce, Tennessee



42 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren



2 sisters, Margie Jenkins of Vernon, Alabama and Betty Sue Parker of Millport, Alabama



one brother, Carlos Aaron Collins of Millport, Alabama



In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Tommy and Johnny Collins.
