ELSIE OLSON BURNSwas born in Du Bois, Pennsylvania on October 11, 1918 the daughter of the late Gus s. and Jennie Charlotte Anderson Olson.Elsie served her country in the Women\'s Army Corp. from 1943 to 1945. She was a machine operator for Brown Shoe Company. Elsie was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed making quilts and raising flowers.Elsie departed this life on December 31, 2012 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 94 years, 2 months and 20 days.She is survived by her children, Janice Richardson of Brandon, Mississippi and Peggy Gray of Savannah, Tennesseethree grandchildren, Kim McNeil, Bill Richardson and Brian Richardson and eight great grandchildrenIn addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three sisters, Martha Hallstrom, Ann Walters and Helen Woodgates and three brothers, Art Olson, Edward Olson and an infant brother, and one son in law, Bobby G. Gray.
