Elizabeth (Jeannie) Haynes Steakley

Elizabeth Jean (Jeannie) Haynes Steakley was born in Florence, Alabama on January 9, 1955 to parents Dr. James W. Haynes and Betty Reynolds Haynes, now deceased. She attended Hardin County High School and then went on to be a certified operating room technician. She worked at Methodist Hospital in Memphis and McNairy County General Hospital in Selmer for many years. Many will remember Jeannie as a part of the wait staff at the Pickwick Inn Restaurant. Jeannie is survived by a brother Jim W. Haynes, D.Ph (Virginia), a son Joshua Alan Steakley and and grandchildren Chance Steakley and Trenton Steakley.
