Elizabeth Jane Luna

Elizabeth Jane Luna of Waynesboro, TN was born July 30, 1943 in Collinwood, TN, the daughter of the late Ray Erwin and Freda Regina Smith Rumbaugh. She was united in marriage to Willard C. Luna on February 2, 1969 and he preceded her in death on August 29, 2003.Mrs. Luna was a residential manager for Buffalo River Services and attended the Church of God. She grew up in Collinwood, TN and later live in the Topsy Community.Mrs. Luna departed this life on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee at the age of 69 Years, 5 Months, 21 Days.She is survived by two sons, Paul David Jones and wife, Tina of Lawrenceburg, TN, Tracy Monroe Luna and wife, Laura of Cookeville, TN; a brother, Howard Rumbaugh of Waynesboro, TN; a sister, Mary Nell Overton of Florence, AL; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Luna was preceded in death by a son, Danny Ray Jones and ten brothers.Services will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Paul Odle officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Garden, Waynesboro, Tennessee with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
