He was born on June 10th, 1962 in Millington to Dewey Levy Frizzell and Priscilla Scott Frizzell. His grandparents were George and Myrtle Frizzell from Gardena, California and Edward and Lucy Scott of San Diego, California.
Edward lived most of his life in Adamsville and graduated from Adamsville High School. He attended Jackson State and the University of Memphis. He was employed by the IRS for 12 years and then was a substitute teacher for McNairy County Schools.
He is survived by his sister, Alice Frizzell Franceschetti; his nephews, James M. Hamlett, IV, Charles Dewey Hamlett and Carson Gerard Hamlett; his great nephews, Charles Dewey Hamlett, Jr and William James Hamlett.
