Funeral services for Edward Willis “Big Ed” Battles, age 58, of Clifton,TN will be on Friday, January 20, 2006 at Victory Tabernacle, Clifton,TN with Marty Potts and Randall Runions officiating. Interment following in Prater’s Chpel Cemetery, Clifton,TN with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements.



Visitation will be on Thursday, January 19, from 2:--9:00 pm and on Friday, January 20 from 9:00 am until service time at Victory Tabernacle, Clifton, TN.



Edward Willis “Big Ed” Battles a native of Wayne County, TN died on Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at his residence in Clifton. Mr. Edward was born on February 2, 1947 to the late Charles Edward and Wilton Fraley Battles. He was preceded in death by a daughter; Laura Battles; brother; Frank Battles and sister; Mary Linda Walker.
