Ed (Big Ed) Brown departed this life on Sunday, February 28, 2016, at the age of 62 years, 2 months, 26 days. He was born in Clifton, Tennessee on December 2, 1953, the son of the late Harold Sylvester and Correna Rippy Brown. On February 20, 1980, he was united in marriage to Judy M. Brashier, who survives.
Edgar lived in Hardin County most of his life and was a stainless steel welder at American Food Service. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed golf. He attended Havanna Church and was a member of the Pickwick Bass Masters.
Edgar is survived by his wife of 36 years, Judy M. Brown of Olive Hill, Tennessee; stepchildren, Tim Anderson and wife, Charlotte of Savannah, Tennessee, Kerry Anderson and wife, Angie of Southaven, Mississippi, Lorilyn Thompson and husband, Scotty of Kossuth, Mississippi; brothers, Ronald Brown and wife, Becky of Savannah, Tennessee, Anthony Brown and wife, Rose of Adamsville, Tennessee; sisters, Barbara Brown of Iuka, Mississippi, Gwen Franks and husband, Paul of Olive Hill, Tennessee, Shellee Harrison of Savannah, Tennessee; half sister, Lisa Davison and husband, Tony of Paducah, Kentucky; thirteen step grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, David Brown.
