Earlene "Jack" Hollin

Mr. Earlene "Jack" Hollin, age 94, passed away Friday, October 10, 2014 in LaMarque, TX. He was a retired cement mason with over 50 years of service in Texas and Tennessee. Jack was a Christian and a very caring family man.
He was born August 25, 1920 in Milledgeville, TN the son of William Lonzo and Bertha Mae Bishop Hollin. He was preceded in death by his wife Alma Dee Cash Hollin; a twin sister Irene Edgin, and sisters Dorothy Hollin and Betty Lou Reed, and three brothers, Carl Hollin, Roy Hollin and Neal Hollin.
He is survived by two brothers Bill W. Hollin (Joyce) of Dayton, TN and Tommy Hollin (Karen) of Texarkana, AR, and a sister Joan Garlanger of South Bend, IN. He is also survived by three children: Dewayne Holllin (Sharon) of Bryan, TX, Wanda Fay Hensley (John) of Kingwood, TX and Kathi Sue Pena (Sam) of Santa Fe, TX; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Shackelford Funeral Directors-Johnson Chapel, 619 East Main, Henderson, TN from 5 PM until 7 PM on Tuesday, October 14. Graveside services and burial will be on Wednesday, October 15, at 10 AM at Milledgeville Cemetery.
