Earl H. Clayton

Earl H. Clayton was born March 9, 1931 in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania the son of the late DeWitt and Ethel Clayton.He was united in marriage to Florence Rishel who survives.Mr. Clayton was a construction worker. He attended Solitude Freewill Baptist Church and was a mason. He was also a member of the CB Club. Mr. Clayton had lived in McNairy County for the past 15 years after moving here from Pennsylvania.Mr. Clayton departed this life on May 5, 2010 in Adamsville, Tennessee at the age of 79 Years, 1 Month, 26 Days. In addition to his wife Florence (Rishel) Clayton of Adamsville, TN, Mr. Clayton is survived by three daughters, Joyce Hampe of Muncy, PA, Bonnie Funston of Hughesville, PA, and Debbie Clayton of Williamsport, PA; two sons, David Clayton of Milton, PA, and Todd Clayton of Unityville, PA; a step-son, Thomas Andrews of Hughesville, PA; eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren; and four brothers, Raymond Clayton of Hughesville, PA, Leon Clayton of Hughesville, PA, Robert Clayton of Hughesville, PA, and Dale Clayton of Hughesville, PA.In addition to his parents, Mr. Clayton was preceded in death by a step-son, Donald Andrews Jr.
