Earl Burris

EARL BURRISwas born in Georgia on January 11, 1928 the son of the late James Henry and Ilef Washington Cain Burris.Mr. Burris was united in marriage to Brenda Lewis, who preceded his wife in death.Mr. Burris was self-employed, working with boat interiors. He was a United States Army Veteran. Mr. Burris lived in the Hardin County area for 33 years. He enjoyed fishing, painting and restoring old cars.Mr. Burris departed this life on May 17, 2009 at the Hardin Medical Center in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 81 years, 4 months and 6 days.He is survived by 2 daughters, Sonya Mon of Miami, Florida and Dana Counihan of Jackson, Tennessee.6 grandchildren, Valarie Williams, Tiffany Dickerson, Tyler Gray, Cecily Lipford, Riley Counihan and Jacob Counihan.one sister, Jeannie Sailors of Scottsdale, Arizona
