He was born in Finger and grew up in Finger and Henderson, the son of M. E. Plunk and Terrie Cook Plunk. He graduated Chester County High School in 2005. He was an accomplished high School baseball player making all district three years and also played on the High School Football Team. He had also played on Dixie Majors Tournament Teams and won the State Championship in 2002 and also played in the World Series in Louisiana. He worked at I.P.S. (Industrial Process Service) in Lexington. He is survived by his parents, M.E. Plunk of Finger and Terrie Cook Plunk of Maui, Hawaii; a sister, Summer Plunk of Maui, Hawaii; grandparents, Bonnie Plunk of Finger and the late Howard Plunk and Rose Cook of Indiana.
