Douglas Paul Koenig

Douglas Paul Koenig was born June 20, 1938 in Buffalo, New York the son of the late Herbert Russell and Martha R. Teeft Koenig.He was united in marriage to Patricia Inez LaRue.Mr. Koenig was a retired printer for the Buffalo News in Buffalo, New York. He was a member of the Episcopal Church and the Hy-view Volunteer Fire Department in Cheektowaga, New York.He departed this life on August 19, 2006 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 68 Years, 1 Month, 30 Days. Mr. Koenig is survived by his wife, Patricia Inez LaRue Koenig of Michie, Tennessee; three daughters, Belinda Inez Stockmeyer and husband Mario of Forestville, New York, Amy Ruth Leistner and husband John of Cheektowaga, New York, Melissa Ann Koenig of Michie, Tennessee; one sister, Carol Ann Preston and husband Paul of West Seneca, New York; one brother, Herbert Russell Koenig and wife Colleen of Alden, New York; brother-in-law, John LaRue and wife Ann of Wilmington, District of Columbia; 8 granchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
