DOSKIE COTTELL PLUNK, JR.
Was born in Morris Chapel, Tennessee on August 4, 1924 the son of the late Doskie C. Plunk, Sr. and Lattie Hughes Plunk.
On July 7, 1987 he was united in marriage to the former Maggie Carlene Wicker, who survives.
Mr. Plunk was a design engineer for the State of Tennessee Transportation Department for 30 years. He was a member of Morris Chapel Baptist Church, a member of the Adamsville Masonic Lodge for 50 years and a member of Woodmen of the World for 50 years.
Mr. Plunk departed this life on December 18, 2005 at the Savannah Healthcare in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 81 years, 4 months and 14 days.
Other than his wife, Carlene Plunk of Morris Chapel, Tennessee he is survived by one daughter, Shelia Lynn Plunk of Morris Chapel, Tennessee.
One step-daughter, Donna Harville of Adamsville, Tennessee.
One step-son, Raymond Shutt of Knoxville, Tennessee.
