Dorothy Pugh

Dorothy Perkins Pugh, age 85, passed away Friday, March 14, 2008 at the Decatur County Hospital in Parson.Mrs. Pugh was born and reared in Henderson County near Sardis, daughter of I.T. and Mollie Weaver Perkins. She attended schools at Sardis and in 1940 was married to Voyd Pugh of Milledgeville. They made their homes in the Milledgeville Community all their married life. She was employed by Garan Sportswear in Adamsville and Decturville Sportswear. She retired in 1985.Mrs. Pugh is survived by her husband Voyd C. Pugh of Milledgeville, two sonsVoyd C. Pugh,Jr. of Reagan and Ward Pugh of Decaturville. She was preceded in death by a brother Guy Perkins and two sisters Christine Ross and Alma Baker.
