Dorothy Faye Locke

Dorothy Faye Locke was born September 20, 1930 in McNairy County, TN, the daughter of the late Reubin Qunicey Atkins and Dovie Dickerson Atkins.

Mrs. Locke graduated from Corinth High School. She was united in marriage to Herbert Locke on January 20, 1956. She worked in Real Estate and at a few Banks in the Corinth area until the early 70s. Dorothy became a homemaker and traveled with Herbert as he served in the United States Airforce. She was a member of the Antioch Church of Christ in Ramer, Tennessee.

Mrs. Locke departed this life on April 27, 2022 in Corinth, Mississippi at the age of 91 Years, 7 Months, 7 Days.

She is survived by her son, Anthony Wayne Locke of Ramer, TN; grandsons, Daniel Corwin of Tullahoma, TN and Rory Alexander Locke of Orlando, FL; nephew, Mike Meek of Nashville, TN; niece, Tonya Meek of Shiloh, TN; and many cousins.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Locke was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Locke on September 11, 2002; a daughter, Brenda Locke; and a sister, Eunice Meek.
