Dorothy Johnson

She was born and reared in Kerrville, TN the daughter of the late Benjamin Eldred and Ruby Jane Overall DuBose. She went to school in Millington, TN. She moved to Henderson in 1958. She married Raymond Whitten in 1958 and he passed away in 1969. She married Wylie Johnson in 1974 and he passed away in 1991. She worked as bookkeeper for Carrington Well Driller and later co owner D.F. and J. Wells. She retired in 2004. She was a member of W.O..W. Woodman of the World, a member of the First Baptist Church since 1958 and a active member of the Euzilian Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church.She is survived by two brothers, Thomas E. DuBose (Annette) of Jackson and Warren DuBose of MS; two sisters, Margie Jameson of Cordova and Mary Anderson of SC.She was preceded in death by a daughter, Susie Powell in 2007.
