DOROTHY GODWIN
Was born in Hardin County, Tennessee on April 17, 1924 the daughter of the late Woods and Rebecca Burrough Collins.
On October 23, 1943 she was united in marriage to Earl Brownloe (Dude) Godwin, who preceded his wife in death on November 8, 1995.
Mrs. Godwin was a retired factory worker. She was a member of Saltillo Church of Christ.
She departed this life on September 21, 2005 at the Decatur County General Hospital in Parsons, Tennessee at the age of 81 years, 5 months and 4 days.
Mrs. Godwin is survived by one son, Allen Godwin of Saltillo, Tennessee.
One grandchild, Becky Godwin of Pinson, Tennessee.
Mrs. Godwin was also preceded in death by one sister, Motta Shutt and one brother, Charlie Collins.
