Dorothy Pauline Galigher, 79, of Henderson, died Thursday, January 11, 2007 at Chester County Healthcare.
The widow of J.T. Galigher, who died May 15, 1981 after 36 years of marriage, she was a production worker with Harman Automotive for 23 years and a homemaker. Mrs. Galigher was born September 10, 1927 in Middleton, daughter of the late Walter Lee Sisco and Gertrude Duncan Sisco and lived here all of her life. She was Baptist in belief.
Survivors include five daughters, Charlotte Howell of Jackson, Phyllis Wiggins of Henderson, Patricia Hawkins of Memphis, Joy Sipes of Toone and Sheila Brandenburg of Memphis; four sons, Douglas Galigher of Little Rock, Ark., Lynn Galigher of Middleton, Lewis Galigher of Medon and Randy Galigher of Toone; sixteen grandchildren, Amy Cottrell, Tony Galigher, Chris Howell, Heather Dunlap, Wendy Wiggins, Chad Jones, T.J. Hawkins, Kristie Cutler, Erica & David Galigher, Brittany & Josh Galigher, Misty Hogue, Amanda Greer, Randy Galigher, Aaron Ingle and eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, Nannie Murl Shields.
