Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery at Lawrenceburg, TennesseeVisitation will be on Monday, June 2, 5:00-9:00 pm and on Tuesday, June 3 from 8:00 am until service time at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro.Mrs. Dorothy May Holt Brewer, age 74, of Waynesboro, TN died on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at Wayne County Nursing Home, Waynesboro. Mrs. Brewer was born on May 1, 1934 to the late William Alvin and Lucy Vera Vine Holt. She was preceded in death by her husband; Carl Max (Goody) Brewer; son; Christopher James Brewer; and sister of the late Frances Reed; Jerry, William Alvin (Bud) and Gene Holt .Mrs. Brewer was a factory worker and member of the Freewill Baptist Church.Survivors; Sons; Carl Lee Brewer of Ridgeley, TN; Johnnie Brewer of Lawrenceburg, TNDaughter; Dena May Jones of Waynesboro,TN19 Grandchildren; 32 great grandchildrenbrother; Raymond Holt of Nashville, TNsister; Kathleen Vernon of Nashville, TNnieces and nephews
