Doris Fay Whited

DORIS FAY STEPHENS WHITEDwas born in Cumberland County, Tennessee on December 5, 1929 the daughter of the late Frank Ealis and Ora Mae Richards Stephens.Ms. Whited was a seamstress for 4 years for Angelica Manufacturing. She lived in Hardin County for 26 years. Ms. Whited enjoyed reading Bible and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.She departed this life on December 24, 2011 at the Hardin Home Nursing Home in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 82 years and 19 days.Ms. Whited is survived by 3 sons, Roger Whited and wife Sara of Pensecola, Florida, Danny Whited and wife Nelda of Adamsville, Tennessee and Terry Whited and wife Nina of Ashboro, North Carolinaone daughter, Sandra Thompson and husband Robert of Savannah, Tennessee15 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren2 brothers, Willis Stephens and wife Jessie of Adamsville, Tennessee and Bruce Stephens and wife Connie of Savannah, Tennessee4 sisters, Lois Alexander and husband Elton , Lucille Robinson, Donnie Alexander and husband Jimmy and Nancy Polk and husband Jim, all of Savannah, TennesseeIn addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one son, Gary Dale Whited and 2 grandchildren, Gary Whited and Sara Whited
