Dora Wardlow Parker

Dora Wardlow Parker was born January 19, 1917 in Marianna, Arkansas the daughter of the late Oscar and Elizabeth Phillips Wardlow.She was united in marriage to Joel E. Parker, Sr. who preceded her in death.Mrs. Parker was a retired Sales Clerk . She was a member of the Selmer First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Parker was a 50 year member of the Order of Eastern Star and a member of Home Demonstration Club.She is survived by two daughters, Anita Colwell of Cordova, TN, Donna Brown and husband Morris of Germantown, TN; a son, Joel E. Parker, Jr. and wife Sandra of Ft. Smith, AR; a sister, Verna Curtiss of Wynne, AR; two brothers, Joe Ralph Wardlow of Shiloh, TN, James William Wardlow of Birmingham, AL; 5 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by a sister, Sally Yelverton; four brothers, Elmer Wardlow, Lawrence Wardlow, Leonard Wardlow and Murray Wardlow.
