Don Cole

Don Cole was born in Wayne County, Tennessee on November 13, 1938 the son of the late Roy and Esther Coreen Alley Cole.Mr. Cole was a truck driver. He enjoyed trucking and seeing the countryside until he retired. Mr. Cole enjoyed camping at Pickwick, visiting with his family and friends and making new friends. He departed this life on April 5, 2007 at his residence in Clifton, Tennessee at the age of 68 years, 4 months and 23 days. Mr. Cole is survived by his children: Sheila Cole Crosslin of Waynesboro, Tennessee, Donnie Eugene Cole of Savannah, Tennessee and Dennis Christopher Cole of California; his grandson, PFC Charles Joseph (C.J.) Crosslin, Jr. of Waynesboro, Tennessee; a brother: John G. Cole of Savannah, Tennessee; two sisters: Helen Pickens of Savannah, Tennessee and Jessie Mae Jerrolds of Waycross, Georgia and his lifelong love, Mary Martha Seltzer Cole Estes of Clifton, Tennessee.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Cole and two sisters: JoAnn Smith and Lucille Shaw.
