DILLAN MICHAEL THORNTONwas born in Selmer, Tennessee on December 11, 1995 the son of Michael Thornton and Shannon Michelle Thacker Thornton.Dillan was a student at Hardin County Middle School. He loved to play football and was quarterback for the Kiwanis football team. Dillan loved to play guitar, loved to skateboard, fish, play video games and ride 4-wheelers. His dream was to be a United States Air Force Fighter Pilot.Dillan departed this life on September 2, 2007 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 11 years, 8 months and 22 days.He is survived by his mother, Shannon Thornton of Savannah, Tennessee.his father, Michael Thornton of New Site, Mississippi.one sister, Carey Thornton of Savannah, Tennessee.his grandparents, Danny and Janet Coln of Crump, Tennessee, Roy D. Thacker of Selmer, Tennessee and Norris and Joann Thornton of New Site, Mississippi
