She was born May 21, 1949 in Jackson to Richard Thomas Pulliam of Bolivar and the late Mary Louise Matthews Pulliam and lived most of her life in Hardeman County. Ms. Stewart was a member of Parrans Chapel Baptist Church and employed as a loan officer at CitiFinancial.
In addition to her father, she is survived by a son and his wife, Tommy Stewart and Melissa of Milan; a grandson, Connor Stewart of Milan; a sister, Debbie Naylor of Collierville; and two nieces, Heather Naylor and Jessica Childers.
