Destiny Garner was born March 2, 2010 in Selmer, Tennessee the daughter of William Garner and Angela Pollard Mancell.She is survived by her parents, William Garner and Angela Mancell of Milledgeville, TN; a sister, Jasmine ; four brothers, Dakota, Connor, David, and Lee; maternal grandparents, Walter and Gloria Pollard of Stantonville, TN; paternal grandmother, Louise Garner of Sherwood, TN.She is preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Houston Lee Garner.
