Dennis Dale Miller, 76 of Crump, Tennessee died on January 10, 2021. He was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, on August 30, 1944, the son of the late Carroll Rudolph and Ruth Virginia Watts Miller.
Dennis hauled freight cross country for Crete Carrier and retired from the company in 2020. He had also worked for Aloha Otto Parts and was formerly a Manager of Country Life Health Food Store. Dennis attended Seventh Day Adventist Church in Savannah, Tennessee. He enjoyed gardening, Bible study, and sharing the gospel.
He is survived by his wife, Gerlyn Y. Miller of Crump, Tennessee; his four children, Dennis D. Miller, Jr. (Sara) of Tennessee, Dawn Miller (Derek) of Hawaii, Sheri D. Miller (Hyun) New Mexico, and Daniel L. Miller of Hawaii; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brother, Tommy Miller (Melissa) of North Carolina; sister, Wanda Trulley (Heinz) of Virginia; sister-in-law, Rita Byrd of Virginia; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Dennis was preceded in death by his brothers, Eugene Miller, Charles Byrd, and Sonny Miller (Linda); and a nephew, Tommy Ray Miller, Jr.
