He is survived by a son, Jacob Fletcher of Milan; two daughters, Rachel Fletcher of Milan and Rebecca Jo Fletcher of Medina; a grandson, Keith Fletcher; mother, Norma Jo Lofton Nobles and step father, Raford Nobles; a sister, Leanne Gibbs (Robert) of Rockford, TN; ex wife, Jeannie Randle.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Corum Fletcher in 2001 and a son Joshua Fletcher in 1979 and his grandparents, A.F. and Iris Fletcher.
