Dennis (Bronson) Bryantwas born in McNairy County, Tennessee on April 1, 1948 the son of the late Alan Cap and Delie Linville Bryant.On December 14, 1977 he was united in marriage to Donna Sharon Knupp, who survives.Mr. Bryant worked for Pillsbury Towing Company as a riverboat pilot, Selmer Country Club, and Shiloh Golf Course, where he was also a member. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and being on Pickwick Lake. Mr. Bryant was a member of the Moose Lodge and had lived in the Hardin County, Tennessee area his entire life.Mr. Bryant departed this life at his home on Sunday, August 24, 2008 at the age of 60 years, 4 months, 23 days.In addition to his wife, Mr. Bryant is survived by a son, Chance Bryant of Savannah, Tennessee; 3 daughters: Dana Brown of Shiloh, Tennessee, Alicia McMeans of Counce, Tennessee, and Amber Worley of Smyrna, Tennessee; 2 brothers: Tom Bryant and Otis Bryant both of Kansas City, Missouri; 2 sisters: Kay Webb of Counce, Tennessee and Bernice Austin of Missouri; 3 grandchildren: Chris Brown, Emily Worley and Andrew Worley.In addition to his parents, Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Calvin Bryant, Jim Bryant, Hardin Bryant, and Almon Bryant.
