Dolores Mae Donnelly

Mrs. Dolores Mae Donnelly, age 94, passed away March 28, 2025 at her home in Henderson.

Dolores was born in Stokesbury, WV on April 16, 1930, daughter of the late Willie and Lula Mae Poff Christian. She grew up in Grundie, WV.

She married John Joseph Donnelly on February 21, 1955 in Roanoke, VA and they were married 58 years when he preceded her in death in December 2013.

She worked as a manager for several hotels over the years.

She is survived by her son, William "Bill" Donnelly (Rhonda) and two daughters Jean Donnelly (Larry Bryant) and June Ragan all of Henderson; 8 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son James Francis Donnelly; two brothers Curtis and Bill Christian and a sister Jean Tench.

There will be no scheduled services.
