Delois Bevis

Delois Beviswas born in Hardin County, Tennessee on September 18, 1932 the daughter of the late George Jackson and Sarah Emeline Benson Bevis.Ms. Bevis was a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt. She was a member of New Life United Pentecostal Church, which she loved. She loved shopping and all small children. Ms. Bevis had lived in Walnut Grove and Savannah, Tennessee.Ms. Bevis departed this life on Thursday, June 19, 2008 at the age of 75 years, 9 months, 1 day.Ms. Bevis is survived by her four sisters: Effie Stricklin, Elsie Franks, Molly Word and Hazel Holloway all of Savannah, Tennessee; two brothers: Earnest Bevis and Gene Bevis both of Crump, Tennessee.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister: Delsie Holcombe; two brothers: Clarence Bevis and Walter Bevis.
