Delmer L. Huckaba

Services for Delmer L. Huckaba, age 77, of Waynesboro, TN will be Friday, March 2, 2007 at 11:00 am at Shackelford Funeral Home Chapel in Waynesboro, TN with Cal Hampton officiating. Burial will be in McCall Cemetery, Collinwood, with Shackelford Funeral Directors of Wayne County in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Thursday, March 1, 2007 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Friday, March 2, 2007 from 8 am until service time at the funeral home.
He died at his home on Wednesday, February 28, 2007.
Mr. Huckaba, a native of Wayne County, TN, was a retired deliveryman, having worked at Ace Hardware and Rochell Building Supply and was a son of the late Early M. and Georgia Kimble Huckaba and a brother of the late Dallas, Dellie, and Viva Huckaba, Iva Smith, and Willie Matlock. He was a wonderful father!
Survivors include, wife, Mary Grace Kilburn Huckaba, daughters, Cathy Mae Casteel, Rita Jane Lynch, and Janice Marie Webster all of Waynesboro, TN, grandchildren, Angela Olive, Brian Keith Casteel, Christopher Lynch, Charita Glasco, and Cassie Webster, great-grandchildren, Alisha and Ryan Risner, Colin and Autumn Casteel, and Arcadia Webster, sisters, Nell Crue of Hot Springs, AR, and Bethel and Ethel Kirk both of Lepanto, AR, and Zula Ladd of Dickson, TN
He died at his home on Wednesday, February 28, 2007.
