Deledith Jean Chandler

Deledith Jean Chandler was born June 11, 1938 in Selmer, TN, the daughter of the late Arvie Lee LaRue and Ludie Lee Smallwood LaRue. She departed this life on May 30, 2023 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 84 Years, 11 Months, 19 Days.

She was united in marriage to Robert D Chandler on October 22, 1960. She worked for ITT in Selmer from 1970 until retiring in 1990. She enjoyed camping, fishing and taking care of animals, especially her beloved dog "Buddy".

She is survived by her husband, Robert D Chandler; a son, Mike Chandler both of Adamsville, TN; two nieces, Debbie Tarin and husband James of Selmer, TN and Dana Hopper of Lexington, TN; and extended family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Mrs Chandler was preceded in death by a sister, Martha Ann Whitten.
