Dee Scott

March 2, 1945 — November 6, 2022

Dee Scott was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on March 2, 1945 the son of the late Hayes Frank and Ruby Virginia Brown Scott.

On January 9, 1965 he was united in marriage to Brenda Smith, who survives.

Dee worked as a foreman for TVA and also had worked as a contractor. He was the former Co-Pastor and helped build Landmark Pentecostal Church.
Dee loved his grandchildren, fishing, being active in church, and raising peacocks and chickens.

He departed this life on Sunday, November 6, 2022 in Adamsville, Tennessee a the age of 77 years, 8 months and 4 days.

In addition to his wife of 57 years, Brenda, he is survived by one son, David Scott and his wife Leslie; grandchildren, Macy Isabell Scott and David Solomon Scott; brothers, Douglas Scott, Tony Scott, and Cecil Scott; sisters, Linda Shelby and Diane Phillips; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Dee was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Lisa Renee Scott and one brother, James Hayes Scott.
