Debra Louise Waters

Debra Louise Smith Waters of Savannah, Tennessee, was born on October 24, 1965, the daughter of the late Alton Smith and Ruby McDonald Mullins. Mrs. Waters died on Friday, August 29, 2008, at Hardin Medical Center in Savannah at the age of 42 years, 10 months, and 5 days.Survivors are her husband William Raymond Waters, III, of Savannah; Daughter, Stephanie Thacker of Adamsville, Tennessee; Son, Billy Thacker and wife Jennifer, also of Adamsville; Mother, Ruby Mullins and husband David of Rienzi, Mississippi; Grandson, Cayden.A host of other relatives and friends.Other than her father, Debra was also preceded in death by her grandparents Charlie and Minnie McDonald and Amy and Lanie Smith.
