Debra Sikes Simmons of Waynesboro, TN was born October 14, 1963 in Metter, GA. She was united in marriage to Dennis Wayne Simmons on October 16, 2000 and he preceded her in death on February 12, 2003.
Mrs. Simmons was a disabled construction worker and departed this life on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at her home after an extended illness at the age of 52 Years, 5 Months, 12 Days.
She is survived by a son, William Kyle Simmons of Waynesboro, TN; her mother, Gail Lowery Sikes of Waynesboro, TN; her father, Johnny Sikes of Georgia; a brother, Johnny Ray Sikes of Waynesboro, TN; a sister, Karen Price and husband, Dennis of New Mexico and nephew, Robert Sikes of Clarksville, TN.
Visitation will be Monday, March 28, 2016 from 3 pm to 6 pm at Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, TN.
At her request, her body will be cremated following the visitation.
